I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THE GENTLEMAN THAT MOVING HELP SPOKE TO GETTING PEOPLE TO MY HOUSE SAME DAY TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK AFTER I HAD SCHEDULED ANOTHER COMPANY DAYS IN ADVANCE AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. I WAS KEPT UP TO DATE ON ETA DURING THE TIME I WAS WAITING FOR THEM. APPRECIATE THE HELP I RECEIVED

The owner Jay rescheduled the time at the very last minute, and besides that, at the scheduled time only one guy showed up and my husband worked together with him, and at the very end the other guy showed up. But we gave them the payment code anyway even though we were very unhappy with the whole thing !
