Very unprofessional. For one they were almost an hour late without any communication. I had to contact them to find out what was going on. When they arrived they smelled like marijuana. I could care less if they smoke marijuana but do care when they show up late and no caring for my belongings. They charged me an extra 25 $ to put a simple bed together while they did not have any of the tools to do so and put it together wrong . I had to show them that the bed frame does not go together the way they did which at first they argued. It took over an hour to correct the mistake and put together a regular queen bed. Every single mover I had used in my life just did it and did it correctly the first time at no extra cost but with the paid labor. They unloaded the truck without any care or attention for my belongings. My TV has now a black spot and will need to be replaced due to the damage. One person carried my new 75 inch TV up long stairs by themselves and now absolutely ruined.

The two people did not bring any tools with them. They made minimum efforts in packing. If I do not specifically ask them to wrap the furniture with pads, they will not do so. After we arrived in Kansas, we noticed that one piece of furniture (changing table) crumbled on the way. I believe this is the fault of the Moving U team (OR-9d19cb49 and OR-a5e99848), who put too much heavy stuff on top of this table.
