Colin was great, letting us know when he had some issues - last minute staffing change and problems with the U-Haul computers - but was there pretty quickly and close to the agreed upon time. He found us even though I transposed some numbers on the address. They were quick bringing things out to the U-Boxes, and deciding how to best make things fit. They took care on the box that was partially filled to make sure it was packed tightly. Colin even had locks for the boxes when we didn’t even know we would need them. They worked well together, were done pretty quickly, and definitely earned their top. During our discussion, we realized that we had help from Colin during another move. We are so glad he was able to help us again.
