I initially thought everything was going well after the first communication via automated chat, but things quickly turned negative on moving day. The lead team member did not want to complete the contracted hours and pushed back on moving small items, such as a chair or monitor. The assistant team member remained helpful and professional throughout. Unfortunately, the lead team member started complaining around the one-hour mark, and this team member's passive-aggressive behavior became uncomfortable, so I ended the service early. To make matters worse, the lead team member asked me to contact him directly, I suspect bypassing U-Haul or his boss for future help, which I found unprofessional. While I’ve had great experiences with U-Haul in the past, and I would, of course, always recommend U-Haul, I want to make it very clear that I would not recommend this particular moving services company associated with U-Haul. I hope this review helps other customers.
