The service I received from one of your workers was awful. I believe his name was John. He was ride, listened to inappropriate podcasts while working and did a poor job at helping us. We were in a dire situation and my wife needed help. All he did was make it worse. CJ on the other hand was very helpful and respectful.

I felt like the one gentlemen was frustrated with what I had to move and I wished my storage unit would have been packed a little tighter as I didn't have alot of space to work with and I'm left with alot of stuff that I feel could have been packed in there if the time was taken but they did the job

The Movers Knew Exactly what was needed. I had Everything ready and they got in there and moved stuff. They know exactly a lot about furniture. i didn't know couch came apart and they did. Packing the truck, they knew exactly how to put boxes and furniture to make everything flow. I would highly recommend to use John Wayne Moving for your next move. Im glad i did and would do it again.

It was a rocky in the beginning with timing and getting the movers, but once they came they did a great job and packed out Uhaul perfectly!

This website was not too screen reader friendly so I hope I chose 4 and 5 stars because the radio buttons were labeled incorrectly for screen readers for people who are blind. In any case, CJ was very methodical but his assistant not as much. I would definitely hire CJ again and retained his contact information for a future move or handyman work. Both were friendly.
