They were awesome. They got our apartment to fit into the truck size that might have been too small, all under 2 hours. They helped provide insight on the best ways for us to get ready to load. Both were so nice and professional. Very thankful for their help today. Made everything possible and saved us a lot of stress!

I had them help me with a local move. They packed up my truck with no issues, wrapping everything up with the U-Haul moving blankets I rented and securing the load with a piece of rope I had lying around. When they were unloading, the space was significantly smaller and tighter, and there two turns on the staircase they needed to deal with. There were a couple of scrapes on my wall around the staircase, but having moved before I expected something small like this would happen. I had several large pieces of furniture that needed to be moved up the staircase, and the damage can be easily fixed with a little touch-up paint. They were very professional, going so far as to fold up my rented moving blankets and leave them in the truck. I would use them again if I need to move.

The older guy text me at 930 morning of the move stating he could be there at 10 which was not what I requested since I was picking up the uhaul between 9 and 10. Responded back letting him know I just picked up the truck at 940. I arrived at the storage unit at 1004 under the impression the hrs I requested and agreed upon were the hrs they were going to load the truck.They arrived at 1006. The older guy spent more time taking breaks, showing the other guy things on his phone and picking up 1 small thing at a time to load. To top it off he was throwing my stuff into the truck, no respect for my personal property at all. Little did he realize the camera was watching the whole time. The job was not finished leaving a few more items left that could have been put onto the truck but at exactly 6 min of the hr the older guy demanded payment rudely stating the clock started when he got to the gate. Filed a complaint. So unacceptable. Dont use this company. Absolutely horrible experience.
