The movers were 40 mins late. Buy they notified me ahead of time. So, it was not a problem.

Unfortunately they were 30 minutes late to arrive and then the crew was rushing to get things unloaded. The team rushed through things to try and get it done in one hour. We had some other work we wanted them to do (put items away in proper rooms, arrange them more orderly) but we felt really pressured that the crew was tired and wanted to leave. They definitely handled items more roughly than needed in their haste to get it done. I appreciate the help but I didn’t appreciate the haste.

Wasn't much left to do for the one fellow who showed up. He was curtious and on time. No tip but paid 4 hours for 1 hour of work, fair enough.

I will never choose again. It was the worst experience ever. The helpers did not know what was their job. -Showed up late -not trained at all and required another person to supervise them to their job (carried only one small box at a time even dolly was there, did not load elevator full and more) -complained (boxes are heavy, too many) -dragged packs on the rough ground -did not drop the boxes where I asked but dropped them as they feel easy.
