Don't expect the company to be on top of the communication game, you would have to do it yourself. Movers are not very experienced and don't care about your belongings. I had my mattress wrapped in plastic, they intentionally ripped the plastic to grab the mattress by the material. As a result there is a huge smudge on the mattress now. They will kick your unwrapped furniture items with their feet like it's a ball right in front of you. Scratched the hardwood flooring and almost broke a wall mirror. Overall satisfactory if it's the only option available, otherwise look somewhere else.
