I had an unexpected move due to a change in my job and hired Family Moving to help. I received excellent service and will recommend them to my family, friends and the general public. I went on line and hired 2 helpers to load and unload the moving truck. From the beginning to the end I received superior service that went above and beyond all my expectations. Within an hour of placing the order on line I received a phone call letting me know they were available to take my job and what to expect on moving day. On the moving day I received a phone call confirming the details and they said they would call me when they finished the job before mine to let me know they were on their way. The two helpers Victor and Cesar showed up on time and ready to work. They were both very polite and worked hard, but what really stood out to me was the fact that both of them were very careful with all of my belongings and they packed the truck perfectly. They were amazing and made the move a lot easier.

One mover did not speak English at all and the head mover barely spoke English, so it was a challenge to communicate what I wanted done. And they didn't seem to know what needed to be done and so we're a bit slow.

Caesar and Victor were a huge help to us today! They were efficient and careful with our furniture and helped us get all our furniture through our narrow hallway and up the stairs to the second floor apartment. Could not recommend them enough!
