Started by Kellen Davis originally from Philadelphia started out working for local loving companies for 3 years before moving to California in 2021 for new beginnings and met fiance Kaniesha and started Finesse Movers. They were late, which happens, but wasn’t honest about how late he really was going to be and showed up an hour and 45 minutes after he was supposed to. The owner Kellen said he couldn’t get his regular helper and his back up guy was kind but didn’t have much moving experience. Then the owner asked if we have moving straps and a dolly, that was when I knew there were going to be issues. Every mover I have ever had booked has all their own equipment including multiple dolly’s. Maybe I just got lucky? Then his assistant kept dropping our things, tripping over boxes, or bashing them into walls. Making our anxiety really go through the roof. The owner was obviously frustrated with him and annoyed which was uncomfortable as well. They got the job done, with minimal damage. Kellen the owner wouldn’t even make eye contact with us at the end. I know the job wasn’t easy, but nobody said it would be, we were very forthcoming of the obstacles. I wish them well but wouldn’t refer them

The overall move was good when it happened. One of the two movers I hired was an hour late and the contact from the company did not respond to any calls or texts when I tried to contact them about the situation. This could have been my fault since we did a last minute time change but even one of the movers could not contact the company when they tried to call. Otherwise, I would recommend the movers since they were careful with my stuff and moved things efficiently. Just be sure to do it with plenty of time ahead.
