I had two movers, one was about 10mins late and one was about 40mins late, which negatively affected the efficiency of having two workers. Additionally, the first worker was not very diligent or careful, dropping many things, nor was he much of a self starter and he continually told me that two hours wouldn’t be enough and I should book more time, irritating. Just do the work and if we get to the 2-hour mark I can add time them, but don’t complain for two hours about needing to add time. The second worker was much more of a self starter and more ambitious to get the work done, never once mentioning the time constraint. Overall, for the work and the price I would probably try this again. I tipped both in cash.

The owner of the company does not respond easily. Also he asked me to get the utility and furniture dolly informing me the movers coming to help won't have it. After communication from owner I was worried about the services. Though Limon and Dean proved it all wrong. These guys are great and friendly movers. They took their time, though moved all the boxes and furniture in the apartment with care. These 2 guys make a great team. I was overall happy with the services I received from this business and am glad I hired from them.

The guys worked hard and unloaded everything within the two hours, though I must say only one of them arrived initially and had to call for help, even though I booked 2 people for two hours. After that everything went smoothly but there's some improvement to be made about sending the right people at the right time.
