Whoever we spoke to over the phone, not sure if he’s the organizer but he was extremely rude and impatient. The person that was sent to our house had a knee injury and couldn’t help much so he brought 2 nephews with him. We could tell they didn’t have much moving experience, no proper lifting technique. We were scared they would get hurt. But props to the 2 that lifted everything! It was unfortunate I had to practically help lift a lot of stuff upstairs cause they didn’t have the technique or weren’t strong enough. Some things were damaged in the process but honestly we were happy they helped with what they could and left. Will say if you have an injury as a mover don’t accept the job, simple.
