Double Door Movers

The move went well and as planned. The movers worked hard and were very conscientious. I didn't know they were not providing any supplies, such as plastics wraps. I specifically noted it on my reservation. They could have let me know in advance. After the move, the movers forgot to take photos. I was going out of the town on the same day. I got so many calls and messages from the owner asking me to take photos of the move. It's not that I didn't want to help him. I was out of town on an international trip. He didn't believe me and kept calling and texting! It was very stressful experience.

Fantastic experience!! It was my third time moving with Double Door Movers, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Great communication by Cody to coordinate the time and details of the move. Our crew members, Eugene and Darnell, were exceptional. They worked efficiently, and were super careful with all our items. They had even brought extra wrapping and made sure to protect every item to keep them safe and clean. They were also a delight to talk to. Two guys unloaded my entire U-pod in an hour and were great. However they stripped the paint off of my front door while bringing boxes inside. I sent a message with a picture and still haven’t heard back.

This is the 2nd time we've used Cody. I had to postpone the move date twice, but Cody was always accommodating and on top of everything. It's just reassuring working with him because he's reliable and communicative and understands how awful and stressful moving is! Hiring and depending on movers shouldn't have to be awful and worrisome, too. We tipped the guys directly, right after the move btw... Thank you, Cody. We hope this is our last move!
