Uhaul location did not link equipment to reservation, pushing move time by 3hrs, Travis and team shifted start time with no hesitation; fast, flexible, friendly movers. Will use again in the future, highly recommended.

While the men were very nice, they failed to use the provided ropes to tie down my belongings as they loaded the vehicle. They only used the tie downs on the belongings in the attic. I only realized they hadn’t been tying things down after I saw the bag of ropes was untouched after they had left. While I tied the stuff at the end, needless to say, after 3 days of driving, including multiple mountain passes, the load shifted quite a bit. Very disappointed as I didn’t presume I needed to monitor them the entire time to make sure it was done appropriately. Would only recommend them for short distance (same city ) moves.

The best movers. I have used them three separate times in and around San Diego. Prompt, quick, hard working, and take care of items. Great job loading a huge semi trailer full of items from my storage unit for military move.
