Do It Moving

THEY ABANDONED US PARTWAY THROUGH THE MOVE. The guys did a good job while they were there, but right when the 3 hour mark came, they left. Yes, we had estimated the job being around 3 hours for the upfront payment, but from previous experience, it can take longer than expected and then you just pay the difference. (I used to be a mover and I never just left the clients halfway through the move.) I offered the two guys $100 each as a tip to finish the job (on top of the hourly rate) but they said no they have to get home. Very disappointing. Seeing as there was still work to do I had no other choice but to hire a secondary company (which I highly recommend) the second company had guys at our place in 30 minutes and they finished the job that this company bailed on. Don’t hire this company they might ditch you half way through. Hire PickUpNGoMovers, out of Stockton, thry won’t leave you high and dry. I just can’t believe a company would just ditch the job before it’s done. Unbelievable.
