Marathon Movers

This is a hard review to leave, because the service we received was very mixed. The movers were a half hour late from the time window they provided and did not communicate that they were running late to us. The movers that were mostly working inside the house (moving things from the second floor to the third, and moving things from the entrance to the second floor) did a great job with things, but the movers who were mostly working in the truck did not. They were shaking the truck things were falling over and getting damaged, and when they moved things into the house we ended up with scratches in the wood floor. So all in all it depends which of these movers happens to be helping with the move. For professionalism we had some grumbling about the fact that some things needed to go up two flights of stairs with one of the movers making comments about how inconsiderate it was, etc. This was just one of the movers the other 3 did not exhibit this.

These movers were great! Such an affordable rate for a job well done. One of my movers showed up a few minutes late, but they still got the job done in the allotted time. There were a few scratches on a few pieces of furniture but nothing too crazy. For the efficiency, professionalism, cost, and kindness, I’d use this service again next time I move.

Movers contacted us to align in time and date. During our call it was determined that with the Memorial Day holiday the scheduled date might get hectic so they were able to move up our move date by a day. It was great to be flexible and get moved in a day earlier. Movers work quickly and professionally.
