I needed 2 strong movers, only one showed up. The owner understood and had the one go pick up the other ( who had car trouble). Owner agreed to not start the 4 hours of labor I purchased until they were both back at my apartment. The guys were great. It was super stressful to only have one show up initially. Was able to get move done but when you communicate the day before and expect and agree upon 2 people, you need 2 people.
