The guys were hard workers and knew what they were doing. Unfortunately they didn’t speak any English. If I had known this I would have chosen a different company. The process would have gone much quicker and more efficient if we could communicate. I ended up getting nicked for an extra half hour while we were trying to figure out payment when it was all done. If you’re going to work here, you need to be able to speak the language.

The actual guys that helped were on time, kind and considerate. Although whoever runs the phone, does not answer phone, had no voicemail set up and does not respond to texts so I had no confirmation that they would be coming. I had most of the truck unloaded when they got here, since I had to return truck and didn’t want to wait just in case no one actually showed.

They were 1 hour late. (Said they had to get an oil change) They didn't speak any English. So whatever I was asking them to do or help with didn't matter. We moved from Palm Beach with all of our stuff in a 26' ft truck to Tampa. I rented the same truck, but had to make 3 additional trips in our (own) Honda pilot to finish our move at 130 am BECAUSE the movers just threw our things wherever they wanted inside the uhaul. And nothing else would fit! They were the worst helpers ever. And they threw boxes inside of the rooms, leaning over on top of each other. Sadly, I took pictures to prove it. It was a nightmare to say the least.
