Elemental Moving was absolutely outstanding today. Mateo and Juan didn’t just help, they fully loaded my U-Haul, unloaded it, and placed everything exactly where it needed to go. They worked with impressive speed and efficiency while still handling my belongings with real care. The way they packed the truck was next-level. They maximized every inch of space so perfectly that I honestly don’t think one more item could have fit. Professional, respectful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire move. Mover didn’t show up for scheduled move, even thought I confirmed with them multiple times that we only have small appointment window allowed by HOA to use service elevator. Mover didn’t even call or provided advance notice for not showing up. When I called he said he was 2 hours away. I lost about $75 in Uhaul extra day rental and extra day of work because I had to take time off next day. mover couldn’t come at scheduled time, and HOA didn’t allow to use service elevator so new appointment had to be made for following day. Next day movers came on time and moved it ok.
