did not speak any english so communication was not the best. also the way that they packed the ubox was not very efficient. i ended up going behind them to rearrange so that things would actually fit. overrall they did the work, but there needs to be better way of training how to pack a ubox.

Requested 9am move with plus or minus 30 minutes ok. They showed up at 10.15am Requested 2 workers. They showed up with 4, including an older gentleman that dropped a box. They then quickly brought everything out and loaded the Ubox in 15 to 20 minutes which made me concerned that it was balanced and fragile items would be safe.
