Overall the guys were nice, punctual, and fast. I wasn’t contacted until 3 days before I scheduled them to come, so that was a little stressful. My only complaint is they didn’t seem inclined to use the furniture pads I had until I specifically told them to, and then things weren’t completely wrapped in them. They also had to take a door off its hinges, and then didn’t put it back on afterwards.
