Overall pretty good experience. The guys went to the wrong location at first, and arrived 15-20 minutes late to start the job. Once on the job, they listened to instructions, got everything loaded, and tied down stuff in the truck. They weren’t the most efficient - often 1-2 guys were hanging around watching the 3rd pack the truck, and we had to repack some things. But overall pretty decent and they finished within the time I had booked. This last comment is on the boss, not the crew- I did not appreciate being pressured to do a review on the spot while the crew watched. It felt really pushy and not customer friendly (I had a 5-6 hour drive after the crew finished), and it detracted from what was otherwise a friendly experience with the crew.
