I hired based on reviews. While the individuals who showed up to unload my belongings into storage were great to speak with, I was less than impressed with their overall performance. I ended up having to organize and load items into storage unit myself instead of the people I hired. At 100 percent VA disabled, I was not happy to have to do so much manual labor when the individuals I hired should have been able to do the work. Maybe I expected too much?
