You get less than what you pay for!!! They were HOURS late so I started packing up myself. I loaded the most of the truck by myself. When they finally arrived at 5pm, 7 hours after my 10am U-Haul truck pickup, they only worked 1.5 hours including drive time but still charged me for the full 3 hours.

I wanted to repack my large storage facility and have things that were important that I needed access to upfront and long-term storage stuff towards the back I've tried to do this two other times and both times ended up with a big mess. These guys came out today and did an exceptional job best I've ever had they were patient they were friendly and they did a really really good job my storage has never looked so good and I have access pretty much to everything at this point so I can't say enough about a great job they did!
