They weren't very proactive in reaching out before the move - I needed to text them several times over a few days just to get confirmation of what time they might arrive on moving day. Then they arrived late. I also explained several times how the truck needed to be packed to fit more items that were going to be added from another location. They kept ignoring my instructions and requests to stack boxes, so a different moving crew had to redo their work. They didn't use any of the ratchet straps to secure things even though I kept suggesting they should. They were great for moving heavy boxes and furniture down stairs, but they were a bit cavalier with things that I told them were breakable. Luckily, nothing broke. Moving is already difficult - this team unfortunately made it harder.

Arrived with a strong smell of marijuana. Movers were slow and drug my furniture across the floor. Was punctual but rushed to move appointment time to an earlier slot. The job was complete but lacked professionalism and care. Would not book again.

I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown during the move; however, several of my furniture items were significantly damaged during the process. My adjustable bed is now completely non-functional, my couch has a broken leg making it unstable, and my credenza has visible scratches. All items were in good condition prior to the move and were not delivered in the same condition. I am currently working through the Resolution Center to address these issues and reach a fair resolution. I would recommend careful handling and thorough documentation for future moves.
