My only complaint was communication from Luxurious Lifters. The team was supposed to arrive at 10am. When they didn't show up, I called and sent a text. I had to call again at which point I was told the moving team had a car breakdown (it happens). The company sent a 2nd team which was supposed to show up by 1pm. They didn't show up until 2pm. The communication was poor, however the moving team was terrific! Very respectful. They did exactly what we asked and was planned the loading carefully. I couldn't say anything better.

Good communication with this company before the move. The day of the move, the crew that was supposed to show up never did. The operations lead contacted me about the issue and sent out a replacement crew last minute from over an hour away. The alternate crew that arrived was courteous and got the rest of the job done quickly. We had already unpacked much of the truck ourselves because they were late arriving. Nice guys though, and the job got done.

They were over 2 hours late, damaged two doors in the house, walls scratched, gaskets on door ripped. That was inside my house Team that unloaded the truck said how bad the truck was packed, scratched almost every piece of furniture. I rented 48 moving pads and they used 6. Our $2000 Samsung refrigerator had two huge gouges in the bottom drawer. Stepped on the white fabric couch, we have to get it cleaned. They could have used one of the 42 moving pads that were never touched. The movers were nice but they were slow and did not know anything about packing a truck and moving furniture and appliances. I recommend that you use someone that has more experience.
