The company never called to confirm appointment we had to reach out too them. The helpers were late but said that they needed to leave early.We had requested for a total of 4 hours for loading and unloading. The helpers drop a piece of furniture and broke it and then left it there and we had to go back to get it. We need most of the breaking down and moving the furniture out so that they could get it carry it to the truck. This was the most horrible experience ever. We will never use them again. Also when we did not give them the code right away we were threatened by telling us that they were going to call the police on.us. The person who was TBE manager was arguments with when I asked about who was going to replace the furniture that was broken. I will never used any mover helper from Uhaul because these guys were unprofessional and so was the management.

Basically paid movers to break and damage my stuff by throwing it in my U-Haul instead of strategically placing it to avoid damage.

They had a car issue and couldn’t make the original time. They communicated and rescheduled. Very professional and super nice!!! Love them!

Do yourself a favor and look at the negative google reviews for this company. Each and every negative review is true. I've moved 23 times in my life, and I have never had some much damage or issues with movers. This company damaged almost all my belongings and BOTH homes walls, doors, frames, etc. It took me several weeks & contractors to fix the issues they caused. I have had to replace or fix almost every piece of furniture and had to throw priceless heirlooms. The owner has zero accountability and did NOT reimburse us for anything. I contacted him about the damages with proof (30+ pictures). He claims to have submitted an insurance claim that I have heard nothing about in 2 weeks. Then had the nerve to try to blame us! My recommendation. Pay the extra money for another moving company. It will save you thousands of dollars. Otherwise, get a lawyer, good insurance to cover the move in your home and ask them for proof of insurance. You will need it.
