Movers were 3 hours late. Did not communicate with me. I had to call them regarding being late. Was told by manager that he would call me back in 5 minutes to find out what was going on. He never returned my call and I had to call him back again after waiting 30 minutes. . The movers ended up being 3 hours late. Not type of compensation or acknowledgment was given for my wasted time. Refrigerated items had been out for several hours waiting on movers to arrive. Several items were broken or cracked during the move. Previous move with same items, took only 3 hours but these movers took 6 hours. Very poor communication and professionalism from manager. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Please avoid.
