I gave a 5 star because that one guy that showed up did the job on his own in less than 2 hours. The second guy showed up 20 minutes before the one mover finished the job. I felt so bad for that young man. The young man was very professional and knew what he was doing.

Communication was a bit poor. I had to follow up to confirm the appointment. On the day of the move, one of the movers didn't bring a dolly. So he moved one by one item to the truck. You can imagine the amount of time it takes to load a truck in this manner. They went beyond the booked time and charged me for over time. However I tipped them well for their hard work and didn't want to argue. After they left, I checked the truck rental to see if anything was left. There were broken pieces of glass on the truck's floor. They never mentioned to me about anything broken and tried to clean it up. I have to find out later that one of the light bulbs was missing. Not satisfied with overall service.
