Rich and his crew were outstanding! I had a move that was bigger than I thought. It was frustrating for me, but he and his crew were patient, professional and even added comedy to what I felt could have been moving chaos. I had to get more storage space to accommodate all of my stuff, and they were flexible just flowing with my additional needs. It cost more for the time, but Rich and his crew were worth every penny. They even came back more than once to do a dumpster dump with the items I decided not to move with me. Movers were 3 hours late. Did not communicate with me. I had to call them regarding being late. Was told by manager that he would call me back in 5 minutes to find out what was going on. He never returned my call and I had to call him back again after waiting 30 minutes. . The movers ended up being 3 hours late. Not type of compensation or acknowledgment was given for my wasted time. Refrigerated items had been out for several hours waiting on movers to arrive. Several items were broken or cracked during the move. Previous move with same items, took only 3 hours but these movers took 6 hours. Very poor communication and professionalism from manager. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Please avoid.
