We contracted this company's services on November 4, 2025, for a morning appointment to load and unload. However, our first communication from them did not occur until 1130 am, when they asked about our preferred arrival time. We communicated our expectation of an earlier arrival that morning, and they replied that they would arrive at 2 pm. Another call at approximately 1 pm informed us that car trouble would cause a delay. Upon their eventual arrival, they completed only one hour of work and informed us that they would need to charge extra for driving to the unloading location due to traffic. Had they arrived as scheduled, these issues could have been avoided. Unfortunately, the team's tardiness and unprofessionalism, combined with their refusal to unload the truck due to traffic and the additional charge for another hour, resulted in our not receiving the two hours of service we paid for. I would not recommend this company's services.

Worked hard once they showed up late. They need to have better communication with their customers if they are going to be late. Be honest and up front about delays. Makes it better for the customer as to what to expect.
