We had a 15 foot moving truck that we unloaded half of the truck before the movers got here. We asked them to help move some of the things that we had already unloaded and they said they were here to unload the truck and not rearrange our house which I found offensive. I booked them for two hours. The move only took one and halfway through the first hour. Jeff asked me if I was going to tip them which I also found defensive. Overall, I was satisfied with the moving help, but their professionalism is very much lacking! I did tip them $10 apiece but didn’t feel they appreciated it.

The men were extremely fast and efficient in packing. They were very careful with furniture and items. Very friendly and professional. It was a big move of large and heavy items. I highly recommend this team for help in moving and loading items.
