I had to call to confirm move - the person I spoke to on the phone in the office was very nice - the kids who showed up were polite but did not listen to how I told them to load. Most things were scratched, and several things broken, They just shoved tings in and had no idea how to utilize the space - they did not listen to me. One was cranky at the end and still had 30 mins on the clock. First time I did not tip and I move very year due to my profession.

Never called ahead of time, I had to contact day prior to the move. Consequently could not get requested time. Crew was personable but showed up late, left promptly at 2 hours although truck still needed loading, seemed to lack understanding of moving sofas without bending metal legs, ineffective padding of furniture.
