The Incredible Moving Brothers

The nicest guys and hard workers. However, in our situation, all we needed was help moving from one storage unit to another 8 miles apart. We rented the UHaul and just needed help for a fast transition. The original plan was to start between noon and 2pm. On our way to get the UHaul, I get a message they’re behind schedule and pushed it to 2pm to 4pm. We got the UHaul at 2pm and started loading what we could ourselves which was most of it because 2 hrs later they still hadn’t showed up. A little before 4pm I got a message they were on their way and would be 15 minutes. 50 minutes later they arrived. This was the end of November so it was cold and starting to get dark. They moved the heavy stuff for us but definitely not experienced movers. Again, they were so nice and apologetic but overall it was an unpleasant experience and caused us to not be finished until 9.30pm where we had to drive over an hour home in a snowstorm. It ended up being more stressful than it should have been.

Incredible damage on insured move - We hired The Incredible Moving Brothers via MovingHelp to unload a professionally loaded truck of new tagged furniture. Despite holding paid parking spaces to accommodate their late arrival, they showed up with two small, unprotected dollies and caused significant damage during the move, including ripping a leather chair all the way up the back and chipping and scratching a coffee table, bed frame, and dresser. Attempts to contact them regarding the damage have gone unanswered. We purchased SafeSecure insurance, but the company has not taken ownership or offered any resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend their services based on this experience. We also cannot recommend SafeSecure, who sold us insurance directly related to this company and move, and have stopped responding to calls. We have shared pictures before the move, from the truck and after the move.

They damaged my new dining table, when asked the leader started yelling at me that it was already damaged and if I say something, they would leave right away. The same person threw bed head board on the wall that it damaged it and made a hole. He was looking like under the influence of drugs.
