Movers did not show up on time, I had to call them and they were assigned. Only one mover showed up instead of two.

The mover who assisted my move was very nice - although the ad when I booked the help said that 2 movers would be showing up. Only one was sent, and I had to assist in loading, which was not expected, and added extra time and stress to the situation. If I had known only one mover would be sent, I may have made other arrangements and done it myself.

These movers did not communicate on the way did not have the knowledge of what was going on on or moving knowledge my son help with all move the movers packed wrong big truck moving from storage to storage and some items moving into home they did not know how to pick up a refrigerator to load it. My other son had to come help them, and nothing was moved in my home at South for a mattress which my son took upstairs. They only brought a TV stand, and all of my things are in the garage three hours. I’m very upset and I still have to go to the storage to move my own things.

One guy came late by 45 minutes. They did finish the job by extending a little, but HOA had time until 5. We wrapped up at 5.30. We had to extend and move lot of stuffs by our selves. The guys were not getting along with each other. They were arguing a lot with each other and broke 2 chests front drawers.
