This crew was hired to do a loading job. We confirmed that we needed them in the morning, triple checked the time, texted to confirm, all was set. Moving day comes and we're on a tight timeframe to empty out the condo, do final sweep and clean and get to our new home to meet the unloading crew. To our horror, no crew. Waited 10, 20, 30 min, still no one. I started calling and texting the number of the gentleman who confirmed my reservation without any luck. At one point he simply turned off his phone sending me into a crying fit as I was at a loss. I called our unloading crew to see if they worked in this area and they said they could come but in 4 hours. Finally I get a call from another number from someone from this company. The two young men showed up over an hour late, reeking of marijuana, and zero remorse for being late. You can absolutely smoke what you want, when you want, but not when you're showing up to do a job. Would never hire again! Do not recommend!
