I recently hired Midwest Movers for my move, and they were exceptional from start to finish. The team arrived right on time, fully prepared, and handled everything with professionalism and care. They loaded my belongings efficiently, treated fragile items like it were their own. Highly recommended.

Two movers were scheduled to arrive together, but one showed up over an hour late. Rather than wait, the first mover attempted to handle large items alone—resulting in a box spring sliding down the stairwell and crashing through the drywall. I had to step in and help just to keep things moving, and by the time the second mover finally arrived, most of the work was already done. To make matters worse, they left without returning the keys to my building and unit. I immediately contacted the company for help with both issues, yet nearly a week has passed with no response whatsoever. If you need movers, save yourself the headache—honestly, you’d get better help hiring people outside a Home Depot than using this company. U-Haul should seriously reconsider promoting them on their website. ...I intend to post reviews on Midwest Movers in all of the major forums regarding this incident.
