Excellent pre-booking communication with Cody. Though the request of images of our items was uncomfortable. We booked two movers for three hours. Three movers showed and left in an hour and 40 minutes. They couldn’t figure out the Estes trailer ramp, refused to use our personal, professional dolly and refused to move items in a way that was best for us. The tallest mover led off defensive and confrontational. Said they don’t use dollys and only move by hand. Boxes were stacked with any thought, so I started sorting for more room. I understand for a $300 dollar unload is not a big payout. We typically tip a minimum of $300 but after being treated the way we were, especially by the tallest mover, we just wanted the experience over. We booked My Buddy because of their reviews and insurance. Absolute mistake. Hope it goes better for you.

The two movers I had from My Buddies Movin’ were great. They showed up on time and got right to work. I live in a one bedroom apartment on the third floor. They had everything moved in just under an hour. I would definitely recommend them.

Could not be happier. Cody is experienced and very helpful. His team communicated prior to their arrival and made wuick, efficient, and careful work of our items. They could not have done better.
