Royalty Movers

A frustrating and disappointing move. These nice men were fatigued from the start. last 2 hours of 6 just they seemed so tired. I asked 3 times for a microwave to be moved from second floor to the garage, I was ignored. I spent $30 on pricey colored stickers so my boxes could go to three different rooms, I asked that they go to those rooms and this was also largely ignored, I ended up having to move boxes from the living room to the two other bedrooms myself. What am I supposed to do? yell scream demand? I thought asking would be sufficient and understood that people want their boxes in certain rooms not ALL in the first room entering the home. I’m a disabled senior and my mom I’d age 85! During the last two hours a 6 foot tall bookcase was dragged across the carpet about 20 feet! then I gladly pay for an extra hour for loading 15 mins and zero energy to help sort all the totes boxes in the living room the remaining 45 minutes. I’ve used moving helpers befor this company never again
