The owner, Scott, was amazing through the planning process. I had not moved in 30yrs nor ever hired a company to help move. He outlined all key pieces of the move including supplies to have on hand to help protect the furniture. He confirmed the day before the move as well. Scott had a new team of movers working together, and he stopped by the house to check on things and oversee his team. It's nice to see a business owner care and go the extra mile - something that is lacking in the world today! Ed was also amazing - he has tons of energy and was very good at packing the moving truck and storage unit like a jigsaw puzzle so no space was unused! I'd definitely hire Couch Potatoes for another move!
