Communication leading up to the move was exceptional. I booked the movers about 2 months out, and Lawrence called almost immediately to discuss the move. He called again the week before moving to reconfirm everything. The morning of the move, I had issues retrieving my U-Haul and Lawrence was incredibly patient and helpful in trying to help me find another U-Haul and keep his team of movers on standby until I was ready. The movers were efficient and careful and got the job done in about an hour. Everyone involved made a stressful day so much less stressful!
