Cliff notes- if you reserve more time than you think you need you will never see a refund!!!! I hired two movers and I reserved 3 hours yet they only worked for 2 hours. I was not refunded the hour of time back. I called the phone number on the U-Haul app. He said he would look into it and get back to me yet he did not get back to me and I in fact texted him two more times and no reply. I also tipped both of them AND the woman who was with them $20 each (She helped fold the moving blankets). I ALSO gave them (to keep) brand new appliance moving straps that helped them move the washer and dryer easily. They were $40. I went to the store and got them Pepsi and snickers bars on their request too. Now I feel like they were great help and I would recommend them, but I cannot help but feel like I got ripped off for 1 hour of time.

The older one was nice enough once they arrived. They were supposed to be here at 4 pm. Did not show up until after 8pm. They do not communicate well. I suggest that if you are considering getting help to look elsewhere. I paid $300 for them and so not worth it. And the young one acts as if you the consumer are beneath him. So not worth the money at all.

Extremely efficient and professional. They had our truck unloaded in no-time flat. Took care with fragile items & furniture. Will definitely use these movers again!

Worked hard and got everything done in under the two hours I booked. They even managed to get all of my stuff into the trailer by reorganizing it multiple times.
