This has been the worst experience I’ve had. I called the owner to explain the work and asked for how many movers and hours were needed and HE suggested 3 movers for 3 hours would be enough. Day of move they were supposed to be here at 9am, they weren’t and no one called me to let me know they would be late. Ended up not arriving until 330pm. Not only was 3 hours not enough, but I ended up having to pay out-of-pocket $180 more for the people to stay and help me get moved and I still have at least 10 trips to do by myself this morning. The whole reason I hired movers is because I am not physically able to do the move and I didn’t have any help. Now I am out $734 AND still had to make (and still do) multiple trips myself and move my own stuff. I thought the point of hiring movers was so I didn’t have to move anything. What a joke. I tried calling the owner back multiple times and he never called me back.

Communication throughout the day could've been a little bit better so I could've known when to expect them. But to be fair, I did say I was very flexible on time when they contacted me the day before the move. They showed up in the later afternoon and worked SUPER hard into the evening and did EVERYTHING that was asked of them. (Even through a massive thunderstorm in the dark!) They carried very heavy items up to a second story and did not complain once about anything, so really, what could I even complain about? I very much appreciated these guys and their professionalism on site.

I’ve used them before, as well, and they are great. Great communication, take good care of my stuff, personable and friendly, and very professional, also. They were on time and when my job ran over the time I thought it would take, they worked with me to get it done while making sure they stayed in contact with the next job. I highly recommend.
