Communication throughout the day could've been a little bit better so I could've known when to expect them. But to be fair, I did say I was very flexible on time when they contacted me the day before the move. They showed up in the later afternoon and worked SUPER hard into the evening and did EVERYTHING that was asked of them. (Even through a massive thunderstorm in the dark!) They carried very heavy items up to a second story and did not complain once about anything, so really, what could I even complain about? I very much appreciated these guys and their professionalism on site.

I’ve used them before, as well, and they are great. Great communication, take good care of my stuff, personable and friendly, and very professional, also. They were on time and when my job ran over the time I thought it would take, they worked with me to get it done while making sure they stayed in contact with the next job. I highly recommend. Everything went well; the movers did a great job and were very helpful, and the loaders took good care of my items while loading them. I think they could improve communication while confirming the service or indicating what they require for the load, but they always answer the phone, so in the end, it wasn't that bad.
