They were great! Came even a little early and finished in record time helping us unload everything in our apartment. Nothing broken or damaged. Would highly recommend them!

It took them only half the time I paid for but they still asked for an additional $36 after they finished the move. They claimed they were due additional funds because they were supposed to receive a photo of the job before they came out and would have told me it was $36 more. I have used moving help many times and never needed to send a photo and the hourly rate I paid was all was enough. I have never been asked to pay additional fees after the job has started or seperate from what I pay to Moving Help. I don't feel that was professional. My sister and mother were on site for the move and I feel that they were looking to take advantage of them.
