Arrived late without prior notification. Did not wrap furniture with provided moving blankets and wrapping tape before loading on the truck. 'Covered' items once on truck but did not secure blankets. Resulted in ALL of my furturinture sustaining chips, cracks, scratches and abrasions, in particular an antique asian folding screen and antique amoire, family heirloom, with several scratches and chips. Extremely upset. All boxes and furniture packed haphazardly, no care shown, boxes marked fragile crushed due to heavier boxes placed on top. Selected Newsome based on reviews but instead received careless handling of my furinture and boxes, after being assured they could wrap my furniture and it would be noted in order details. Older gentleman of the two also commented on how he 'loved' to work in my specific area due to tips prior to job completion, unprofessional. Very upset and stressed of what I would discover unloading, which was confirmed.
