Problem communicating. Claimed they called and emailed. No email and if they called did not leave a voicemail. Do not answer random calls so leave a voice mail and a number to call back. Due to this the move was delayed two hours.

Although we experienced some delays with the move, they made up for it by bringing extra people to make the process much faster (without charging more). We were able to leave close to the time we wanted, which worked out in the end. I appreciated the communication, and I really appreciated the team working hard and efficiently to help us pack the truck. Overall it was a great job!
