Jason and Kevin were FANTASTIC. I booked them two days before my move (after encountering issues with the movers I originally booked). Jason sent me a calendar invite and walked me through all the logistical details. Both him and Kevin were extremely communicative, professional, and efficient. Overall, we had such a pleasant experience with Jason and his partner! They were super communicative and flexible when we had to last minute change things around. They took under two hours to unload the u-haul box and were very organized with everything. The couch was the largest item and was definitely a bit of a struggle to get up 5 flights of stairs and there are some marks and holes in the wall in the building now from the couch hitting up against it. I am not sure if this is something that Moving Help can help cover when we get the bill from our landlord on the damages since they are a bit significant.
