Probably the single worst experience with dealing with company’s on the UHaul app. Total disregard for my belongings and my time. Literally throwing and tossing items into the truck, absolutely no method to loading, stacking and securing. Then when questioned I was told that perhaps I should hire professional movers if I wanted the truck loaded properly. The fact that Uhaul allows this level of give a damn to be tagged to their company is appalling. When time was running out they insisted on e-transfer to extend the time instead of bumping the time on the app. I spent 4 hours the next morning unloading and reloading the truck so that when Premium Movers showed up to take over the job they would have a clean slate, of which Premium Movers is far superior in customer satisfaction and caring. Don’t waste your money on these guys spend the little more and get Premium movers and be happy with your experience.

They showed up and did a good job. The truck was emptied quickly. However some pieces of furniture had damage. We were appreciative of the work done. However we give 4 stars because the focus was on fast rather than quality.
