I used Perry’s moving service for an unloading job, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Mark communicated with me over the course of a few days and was flexible with my schedule because I wasn’t sure when I would arrive. Mark and Lamont were outstanding. They unloaded my belongings quickly and efficiently, placing everything in its designated spot. They handled my items with the care and were very personable throughout the entire process. They were professional and friendly, it made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Perry’s moving service and especially commend Mark and Lamont. Will hire again.

I was never contacted to confirm the service. I had to contact them, and when I called, I received no identifying response. The two gentleman, Lamont and Jose, were late. Lamont was professional and respectful, and the poor rating does not reflect him. Jose was rude, and wasted a ton of time in the restroom. When working, he showed little care for my belongings, having to be told that FRAGILE labeled boxes shouldn't go on the bottom of a stack. Jose also seemed to have difficulty following basic directions. Overall my experience was poor, and I immensely regret having to pay for 1 hour of overtime. They worked slowly and without urgency. To be clear, all of my complaints are with Jose. Lamont does not deserve the poor rating.

3 hours late. Property Damaged. One employee called me 'fucking stupid'. Job was from 4pm to 7pm workers there 7pm to midnight not finishing job had to come back at 7am. Same worker with rude comments had lunch, had multiple bathroom breaks and relaxed on my sofas. Same worker complained about being tired, only getting 4 hours of sleep, the job is to hard, his feet hurt, his arm hurts, didn't want to lift things that were a little heavy. All together horrible experience, I would not recommend at all.
